Terms and Conditions
Deposits and Payment
Single Night or Multiple Nights
A deposit equivalent to the nightly rate per room will be
required to guarantee your booking, or the receipt of a valid
credit card number.
All monies paid will be credited to your account on arrival.
You will be required to settle your account prior to departure.
If you have to cancel your guaranteed booking we require 48
hours notice. If 48 hours is not given, you will be charged a
cancellation fee of 50% of the room rate quoted. If notice is
not received before 12 noon on the day of arrival you will be
charged the full room rate quoted.
Weekly or Weekend Packages
All Package stays must include Saturday night.
These rates apply to the package only, any additional nights are
at the standard "multi night" rate.
A deposit equivalent to 50% of your stay is required to
guarantee your booking.

If you have to cancel your guaranteed booking we require 14 days
notice in writing. 48 hours notice. If 14 days is not given, you
will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your total stay. If
notice is not received before 12 noon on the day of arrival you
will be charged for your full stay.
Block Bookings (3 or more Rooms)
If you are making a block booking for 3 or more rooms then
the terms and conditions apply as above with the following
amendment to the cancellation period:
If you have to cancel your guaranteed block booking then we
require 28 days notice. If 28 days notice is not given, you will
be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the room rate quoted. If
notice is not received 14 days before the date of arrival, you
will be charged the full room rate quoted.
Arrival and Departure
We will always try to accommodate guests who arrive early
but we are unable to guarantee that your room will be
available before 3.00pm on the day of arrival.
Late check-in, which applies to those guests who arrive
after 11pm, can be arranged at the time of booking.
Check-out time is 11.00am.
Valuables
The management regrets that they cannot be held responsible for loss of or damage to any articles of value unless they are deposited at reception and a receipt obtained.
